One page: what got finished this week, what is finished but was only ever reported inside a chat, what is waiting on your word, which threads to hop back into, which to start fresh (prompts ready to paste), and which routines are burning tokens for nothing.
Friday 5:40 PM Calvin's remote-control host lost its login ("OAuth access token has been revoked"), Calvin rebooted at 5:45 PM, and the host did not come back until 7:34 AM today. It came back on a new environment id, so every phone thread you opened before Saturday 7:34 AM still shows its history but can no longer run anything (same failure as Sep 3 and Sep 11). New link, already in the strip at the top: claude.ai/code?environment=env_01JvtCx3F76a82Tuk6cjM7AU. The pre-made session inside it is Calvin, always on. On the phone the device is still listed as Mac Mini ("Calvin's Mac mini (451)"), not "Calvin". Decision 0912-D1 below asks whether I should try to reclaim the old environment or just move forward on this one (recommend: move forward).
The Calvin session that ran your Friday inbox brief regenerated all six EO training invoices with the compliance corrections (priority boarding removed, meal overages trimmed) and wrote them into claude-workspace/Projects/EO Training Invoicing/out/. That folder on Calvin is the read-only replica that rsync overwrites every hour, so the corrected files and the ledger edits are gone. The invoices on disk (both machines) are still Thursday 8:02 AM originals: Atlanta travel still lists Priority Boarding. Nothing was emailed to any chapter, so no wrong number reached anyone. Regeneration has to happen on the MacBook (home of record) or under calvin:~/work. Prompt is in "Do first" item A. Queue row CWQ-142 (make Calvin plus GitHub the home of record) is the structural fix for this class of loss; that is decision 0912-D3.
Thursday's VR session reported "Sent and verified" to ymulligan@gmail.com from the Calvin family Gmail, with four attachments (the pool PDF drawn from the 3D geometry, the top-down and aerial sheets, the viewer link). That is not Aly's address (alyemulligan@gmail.com). Say "resend the Tara email to Aly" and it goes out from the same account to the right address. Separately, Monday's Wi-Fi email asking Aly for meeting times went to aliemulligan@gmail.com; the Thursday resend fixed the instructions email, but her 1:23 PM Thursday reply ("there isn't a power management tab") has no answer in sent mail.
Between Friday ~5 PM and Saturday 7 AM, 105 of 128 Calvin routine runs and the MacBook's Friday 10 PM rundown build and Saturday 6:45 AM Top 3 all failed with "You've hit your weekly limit". Everything resumed at 7:20 AM. Your Friday night email to yourself said credits renew "Sunday at 7"; the reset was Saturday 7 AM, which is why this audit could run. The board-member commitment page you asked for in that email is ready to build on your word (item H below); no automation reads a self-addressed foxfuel email, so it would have sat there.
No email, no phone push. Those questions are collected under "Waiting on your word" with the substance restated, so you can answer from this page without opening a single thread. The Elise-meeting dashboard is the clearest example: it shipped v1.9.0 with three demo agencies at 2:56 PM Thursday, 4 minutes before your 3:00, and nobody told you.
Three trainings delivered in August, six receivables, zero submitted. Global pays the $1,500 facilitator fee per event through Concur (three one-line reports, approver Diane Wilson, attendance screenshot attached). Chapters pay travel by emailed invoice. Atlanta (Aug 7) passed the 30-day contract deadline on Sep 6.
The chapter travel invoices need one Claude pass first, because Friday's corrections were lost (see Read this first). Corrected totals were Atlanta $1,047.54, Charlotte $1,096.90, South Florida $1,174.07, after removing $53 of priority boarding and $44.97 of meal overage. Charlotte's hotel folio ($660.31 for 2 nights against a $300 pre-tax cap) still needs your receipt to check. Start this on the MacBook desktop app (the files live there):
Model: Sonnet is fine, the runbook exists (RUNBOOK-calvin.md) and the decisions are already made. Where this lives: MacBook thread "For these three FTPs, I have now logged their attendance" (Thu 7:43 AM) has the six billing decisions; the Calvin inbox report has the corrections.
Friday's MacBook thread (opened 10:57 AM, first words "I don't know who worked on the CMMI agenda") left these Gmail drafts, all QC-clean, all waiting for one word:
Two more CMMI loose ends. (1) Marissa never received the updated speaker request form and the 5:30 to 8:30 agenda from this mailbox: two drafts from Tuesday sit unsent, and sent mail shows nothing to her since July 29, even though Wednesday's Top 3 told you it was already sent. Her Friday email reads like she has the details, so confirm before you resend. (2) The OpenTable change notice for the 16-guest reservation (Thursday 12:59 PM) says complete payment or risk cancellation and is still unread; you paid the original deposit Wednesday, so this may be a second hold.
Drafts to accounting@eonashville.com dated Sep 5, Sep 8 and Sep 9 (the newest says "August and September are in your inbox", the older two ask her one question first). None sent. Pick one path:
Verified this morning through the App Store Connect API: version 1.1, state PREPARE_FOR_SUBMISSION, build 4 attached, twelve screenshots, description, keywords, reviewer notes all entered Monday. Build 4 has been on your phone through TestFlight since Monday 5:43 PM (invite to coltmulligan@gmail.com). Apple does not let the API press the last two buttons.
Related, not blocking: the mobile homepage fixes for forumplaybook.com are on the preview site only (Monday's thread, decision 0912-D7). The web sting and the slim interior menu bar are already live.
finances.mulliganfam.com/#aly v2.0.0 went live Friday 4:51 PM: one verdict sentence, three tiles, one rising nest-egg chart. Your draw is about $61k a year against a $144k 4 percent line, 1.7 percent of the nest egg, no forced land sales, the pool funded by Interstate (~$503k net) plus Erwin (~$697k net). You already forwarded it to Aly yourself Friday 4:05 PM, so decision 9-11-C is closed. One placeholder remains: "The protected farm" at $1.3M.
The Better Birder session (Sep 4 to Sep 8) rebuilt the email to Chris through the gate ("EMAIL QC: PASS, 7 links literal") and labeled the old draft OUTDATED, then waited for "send it". It never came. The app is at birding-buddy.pages.dev v2.9.0 and the harvest job on Calvin has 8,430 of 10,710 species covered.
Nothing picks up a self-addressed foxfuel email, and the weekly limit already reset. This prompt is complete; paste it into a new Calvin thread (phone link at top) or say "build the board page" here.
Model: Sonnet (a one-page build with a written pattern: eo-cmmi-rsvp and eo-vetting both shipped on it).
Calvin's Ethernet is still on the temporary public resolvers (1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1, 8.8.8.8) that were set Monday night when forumplaybook.com "went down" (it never did; the router's cached answer was poisoned). Until the router is fixed, every other device on the LAN still gets the bad answer. The six steps are in the email "Do this Wednesday or Friday at the house: router DNS fix (D1 option B)" sent Monday 7:28 PM. After the reboot, tell a thread "undo the temporary resolvers on Calvin's Ethernet".
Every link below returned 200 this morning from Calvin unless marked. "Told" means an email or phone push went out; "chat only" means the thread ended with a report you would only see by reopening it.

| The Sep 5 repaired pile: Fix for Claude digging through your email (Aly), 3 dates that still need a childcare plan (Aly), Aug 3-4 Columbus trip (stale), Follow-ups from Monday (Nathan Morgan), Aug 27 Forum Training venue address (stale), Membership interviews travel note (Sameera, Karen), your presenting slot at the next open house (Jim), The Decision Dashboard on your phones (Michael, Joe) | various | Sep 5 | decision 0904-D5: label the stale ones OUTDATED; Nathan, Jim and the Dashboard note may still be worth sending |
Plus roughly 50 older drafts on the second page of the list (the Sep 4 audit counted about 100 older than Aug 20). Decision 0904-D5 on the board still asks whether to label them all OUTDATED.
The hourly runner only drains rows marked APPROVED. Say "approve CWQ-1xx" in any thread. Rows tagged MacBook lane need a laptop session and none has drained one since August; there are 19 of those sitting APPROVED from July and August, plus 60 stale proposals in rows-proposed.
| Row | What it does | Lane / model | Recommend |
|---|---|---|---|
| CWQ-142 | Make Calvin plus GitHub the home of record for the workspace (decision D9): git repo on Calvin, MacBook pulls, retire the hourly rsync that wiped Friday's invoice fix. This is the structural fix for every "wrote into the replica" loss. | Calvin / Opus | approve (decision 0912-D3) |
| CWQ-141 | Aly's PC Wi-Fi intake lane: watch her PC's MAC, poll her emails after calls, diagnose, email you, draft her reply. Her Thursday call went better; the 40 MHz change is unproven. | Calvin / Opus | hold until the radio comparison is redone |
| CWQ-140 | Custom Voice PE firmware: "Calvin Claude" wake word plus a listen-after-answer window so you do not repeat the wake word. | Calvin / Opus | approve when the pucks are in daily use |
| CWQ-137 | Health monitor: NAS media share mounted check plus a harvester mid-pass guard. | Calvin / Sonnet | approve (cheap, prevents silent stalls) |
| CWQ-138 | Registry rows for the Home Assistant VM and Whisper jobs, EQUIPMENT.md puck and Sonos rows, Mission Control card. | MacBook / Sonnet | bookkeeping, drains itself once CWQ-142 lands |
| CWQ-139 | Write the iCloud retention rule into the NAS media plan (keep 2022 onward, favorites and albums exempt, two verified copies before anything leaves, you delete). | MacBook / Sonnet | bookkeeping |
| CWQ-143 | Mission Control cards plus memory files for the two newsletter surfaces. | MacBook / Sonnet | bookkeeping |
| CWQ-144 | Bird reel v2, cut for story arcs. Interactive: it opens by asking you the five arc questions. | MacBook / interactive | run it when you have 20 minutes to answer |
Also on the queue, blocked and probably dead: CWQ-005 (your ChatGPT export never landed), CWQ-094 (cold-pitch mail filter), CWQ-102 (cloud routine audit, tool cannot paginate), CWQ-117 (media file index analyzer). Say "close the dead rows" and a Sonnet pass marks them SKIPPED with the reason.
Short answer to your worry: the routines are not on Fable. Nothing scheduled runs on Fable anywhere. The burn is two Sonnet copy jobs on Calvin that run 1,056 times a week and mostly find nothing, one Haiku lane that should be on the local model, and three MacBook routines that run on Opus. Your own hands-on sessions (Opus on the laptop, Fable on Calvin) are the rest, and those are the ones doing the actual work.
| Job | Where, cadence, model | 7-day cost | Verdict | Ask |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Data lake courier (Granola, Slack, Monday copies) | Calvin, hourly x3, Sonnet | 476 runs, 60M in + 9M out | biggest burner A copy job does not need Sonnet or an hourly clock. | Drop to every 3 hours on Haiku (about 90 percent less). Do you read the lake daily? If not, nightly. |
| Reservation receipt watcher | Calvin, every 15 min, Sonnet | 580 runs, 47M in + 4M out | burning and misfiring It sent you 14 alert emails about the same Pinewood change in 28 hours. | Pause it until the dedupe is fixed, then hourly on Haiku. Confirmations do not arrive every 15 minutes. |
| Session title writer ("Two lines only") | Calvin, batches over every session, Haiku | 445 runs, 27M in | wrong lane The LOCAL FIRST law already says this belongs on the local qwen model. | Move it to ask-local.sh. Zero hosted tokens. No decision needed, say "do it". |
| Morning Top 3 brief | MacBook desktop task, daily 6:45 AM, Opus | 5 runs, 0.7 to 1.0M each | move It failed today on the weekly limit and depends on the laptop being awake. Board decision 0904-D3 already proposes Calvin. | Move to Calvin on Sonnet (0904-D3, option A). Say "D3 A". |
| FoxFuel Priority Rundown Agenda | MacBook desktop task, weekdays 10 AM + 10 PM, Opus | 9 runs, 0.4 to 0.8M each | check use Two Opus builds a day for foxfuel-rundown.pages.dev. | Is the team opening it at 9:15? If yes, move to Calvin on Sonnet; if no, pause it. |
| Personal conversations to Hub | MacBook desktop task, daily 7 AM, Opus | 6 runs, 0.2 to 0.4M each | check use Scans Granola for family notes; most mornings there are none. | Weekly on Sonnet, or fold into Calvin's daily family job. Say which. |
| Nightly workspace librarian, queue grader, plaud sweep, eo-vetting notify, minecraft join email, domain renewal watch, focus scheduler, hub sync, Sunday board agenda | Calvin, Sonnet (grader on Opus) | about 12M combined | fine | none |
| The other 34 Calvin jobs | Calvin launchd | no model calls | free | none |
| Cloud routines (claude.ai) | 20 visible: 1 enabled (tmcre.com pendingDelete check, one-shot Sep 23, fine), 17 disabled duplicate "Re-check PR #5" one-shots from Sep 2, 1 disabled tab-opener check, 1 "delete me" test routine | 0 this week | junk to delete The second page cannot be read from here (known tool gap); the 20 older ones were confirmed off on Sep 3. | Glance at the routines page once; say "delete the 18 dead routines". |
| Calvin desktop scheduled task | coltonland-photo-morning-check, one-time, disabled | 0 | dead row | delete |
| Your hands-on sessions | MacBook 27 sessions (Opus, two on Fable), Calvin 23 sessions (Fable, Opus, Sonnet) | about 136M fresh; biggest: the storage and data-register session 18M (Opus), the Aug 29 to Sep 5 Gemini and YouTube session 12M (Fable), Tara VR 9M (Opus), coltonandaly.com 8.5M (Opus), Home Assistant 6.6M (Fable) | this is the work | none |
Two more facts about the week: the weekly limit hit Friday evening and reset Saturday 7 AM, so anything that fired in between failed and will not re-run itself (Friday 10 PM rundown edition, Saturday Top 3, Saturday inbox scan). And Calvin's health check deliberately does not auto-restart the remote-control host, because a restart mints a new environment.
The board reads COLTON-REVIEW-QUEUE.md on the MacBook. Nothing was added to that file this week, so every decision this week's sessions asked you was never on the board. I appended them as batch 0912 this morning (they show once the hourly sync and the board build run). The Sep 4 batch is still open too; here it is in one line each so you can answer from your phone:
| Machine | State this morning |
|---|---|
| Calvin (Mac mini) | Rebooted Friday 5:45 PM (after the remote-control token revocation), auto-logged in, all 46 launchd jobs loaded; six show a last exit code of 1 (bird-daily-brief, coltonandaly-feed, focus-scheduler, hub-sync, minecraft-java-backup-hourly, nightly-workspace-librarian), most likely from the weekly-limit window, and each needs one more cycle to confirm it is clean. Remote-control host up since 7:34 AM on the new environment. Ethernet still on the temporary public DNS resolvers from Monday. iCloud 192 GB free, under your 200 GB line (flagged Friday, unaddressed). The hourly-wiped replica is still where the inbox runner writes by default, which is how Friday's invoice fix was lost. |
| MacBook Pro | Up 9 days, load average around 15 all morning (Finder and WindowServer are the top CPU users, likely the Time Machine and Photos work). 20 idle Claude Code processes from open desktop sessions, one per open tab, nothing running. Its remote-control host is up since Monday 1:17 PM on its own environment. com.colton.claude-library-autocommit last exit 1 (the brain repo push is failing again; 0904-A4 SSH key). The three Opus scheduled tasks live here and only fire when the lid is open. |
| Phone lane | New link in the strip. Threads from before Saturday 7:34 AM are history only. The "Calvin, always on" session is pre-made and empty. |
| Transcript mirror | MacBook transcripts sync to Calvin hourly while the laptop is awake (last pull 7:26 AM). This audit read both machines' transcripts, so nothing on the laptop was out of reach. |
Not covered: claude.ai chat threads on the phone and iPad (no export path; the same blind spot the nightly sweeper names every run) and Cowork cloud sessions. If you did work there this week that is not on this page, that is where it lives.
