Work in Flight

Updated Sat / 2026-09-12 / 1:58 PM CT · Version 1.0.1 · Audit window: Sun 9/6 evening through Sat 9/12 8:30 AM CT · Sources: 50 human sessions on Calvin and the MacBook, the phone lane, Gmail sent and drafts, the Calvin queue, the inbox, 46 Calvin jobs, 4 MacBook scheduled tasks, 20 cloud routines, 21 live sites

One page: what got finished this week, what is finished but was only ever reported inside a chat, what is waiting on your word, which threads to hop back into, which to start fresh (prompts ready to paste), and which routines are burning tokens for nothing.

changed this morningThe phone lane is on a new environment. Old phone threads are dead.

Friday 5:40 PM Calvin's remote-control host lost its login ("OAuth access token has been revoked"), Calvin rebooted at 5:45 PM, and the host did not come back until 7:34 AM today. It came back on a new environment id, so every phone thread you opened before Saturday 7:34 AM still shows its history but can no longer run anything (same failure as Sep 3 and Sep 11). New link, already in the strip at the top: claude.ai/code?environment=env_01JvtCx3F76a82Tuk6cjM7AU. The pre-made session inside it is Calvin, always on. On the phone the device is still listed as Mac Mini ("Calvin's Mac mini (451)"), not "Calvin". Decision 0912-D1 below asks whether I should try to reclaim the old environment or just move forward on this one (recommend: move forward).

lost workFriday's EO invoice compliance fix was wiped by the hourly sync.

The Calvin session that ran your Friday inbox brief regenerated all six EO training invoices with the compliance corrections (priority boarding removed, meal overages trimmed) and wrote them into claude-workspace/Projects/EO Training Invoicing/out/. That folder on Calvin is the read-only replica that rsync overwrites every hour, so the corrected files and the ledger edits are gone. The invoices on disk (both machines) are still Thursday 8:02 AM originals: Atlanta travel still lists Priority Boarding. Nothing was emailed to any chapter, so no wrong number reached anyone. Regeneration has to happen on the MacBook (home of record) or under calvin:~/work. Prompt is in "Do first" item A. Queue row CWQ-142 (make Calvin plus GitHub the home of record) is the structural fix for this class of loss; that is decision 0912-D3.

wrong addressThe Tara pool drawings and VR link never reached Aly.

Thursday's VR session reported "Sent and verified" to ymulligan@gmail.com from the Calvin family Gmail, with four attachments (the pool PDF drawn from the 3D geometry, the top-down and aerial sheets, the viewer link). That is not Aly's address (alyemulligan@gmail.com). Say "resend the Tara email to Aly" and it goes out from the same account to the right address. Separately, Monday's Wi-Fi email asking Aly for meeting times went to aliemulligan@gmail.com; the Thursday resend fixed the instructions email, but her 1:23 PM Thursday reply ("there isn't a power management tab") has no answer in sent mail.

limitsYour weekly Claude limit hit Friday evening and reset at 7 AM today (Saturday).

Between Friday ~5 PM and Saturday 7 AM, 105 of 128 Calvin routine runs and the MacBook's Friday 10 PM rundown build and Saturday 6:45 AM Top 3 all failed with "You've hit your weekly limit". Everything resumed at 7:20 AM. Your Friday night email to yourself said credits renew "Sunday at 7"; the reset was Saturday 7 AM, which is why this audit could run. The board-member commitment page you asked for in that email is ready to build on your word (item H below); no automation reads a self-addressed foxfuel email, so it would have sat there.

patternTwenty-two sessions finished the work, then asked you a question only inside the chat.

No email, no phone push. Those questions are collected under "Waiting on your word" with the substance restated, so you can answer from this page without opening a single thread. The Elise-meeting dashboard is the clearest example: it shipped v1.9.0 with three demo agencies at 2:56 PM Thursday, 4 minutes before your 3:00, and nobody told you.

Do first (money and deadlines, only you can do these)

A. EO training money: UPDATE 1:55 PM, the three Concur claims are filed (UGJK5J, O8L9VF, 09N39P, $1,500 each); chapter invoices rebuilt to your meal rules and staged in Gmail, say "send the chapter invoices". Live status: eo-billing-desk.pages.dev

Three trainings delivered in August, six receivables, zero submitted. Global pays the $1,500 facilitator fee per event through Concur (three one-line reports, approver Diane Wilson, attendance screenshot attached). Chapters pay travel by emailed invoice. Atlanta (Aug 7) passed the 30-day contract deadline on Sep 6.

COLTON ACTION 9-12-A: 1. Open https://www.concursolutions.com and sign in. 2. Create report "2026 08 07 EO ATL FTP", one expense line, $1,500.00, Payment Type "Cash", Role / Department / Activity per Diane's instructions (they are in CONCUR.md on the MacBook: Projects/EO Training Invoicing/CONCUR.md). 3. In the report comment field paste: "Submitted 5 days past the 30-day contract deadline. Requesting grace for the late submission." 4. Attach the Monday.com attendance screenshot, submit. Repeat for "2026 08 25 EO CLT FTP" and "2026 08 27 EO SF FTP" ($1,500 each, no grace note). 5. DONE WHEN: three reports show Submitted with Diane Wilson as approver. WHY: $4,500 that nothing blocks, and the Atlanta window is already closed.

The chapter travel invoices need one Claude pass first, because Friday's corrections were lost (see Read this first). Corrected totals were Atlanta $1,047.54, Charlotte $1,096.90, South Florida $1,174.07, after removing $53 of priority boarding and $44.97 of meal overage. Charlotte's hotel folio ($660.31 for 2 nights against a $300 pre-tax cap) still needs your receipt to check. Start this on the MacBook desktop app (the files live there):

EO training invoices. Work in /Users/Colton/Documents/Claude/Projects/EO Training Invoicing on this MacBook, never in Calvin's replica. Read SYSTEM.md, ledger.json and REPORT-2026-09-11-eo-invoices.md (it is in calvin:~/work/inbox/done/, pull it over ssh). Re-apply the compliance decisions from that report: drop the three SWA priority boarding charges, trim the Atlanta and South Florida meals to the $150 cap, keep the $33 AA Main Cabin Extra. Rebuild all six invoices with build_invoices.py, re-run check_compliance.py, commit the ledger, then draft the three chapter travel emails through Calvin's email gate (Atlanta to rhondasuttle@eoatlanta.com, Charlotte to heather@eocharlotte.org, South Florida to kbrown@eosoflo.com) and hold them for my "send". Flag Charlotte's folio question in your report.

Model: Sonnet is fine, the runbook exists (RUNBOOK-calvin.md) and the decisions are already made. Where this lives: MacBook thread "For these three FTPs, I have now logged their attendance" (Thu 7:43 AM) has the six billing decisions; the Calvin inbox report has the corrections.

B. CMMI dinner is Tuesday 5:30. Five emails are written and none are sent.

Friday's MacBook thread (opened 10:57 AM, first words "I don't know who worked on the CMMI agenda") left these Gmail drafts, all QC-clean, all waiting for one word:

COLTON ACTION 9-12-B: 1. On the MacBook, open the Claude app, Code tab, find the session that starts "I don't know who worked on the CMMI agenda" (Friday). 2. Type exactly: send them. Then: hold the waitlist (or: send the waitlist one too) 3. DONE WHEN: it reports SENT + VERIFIED with message ids for Dan/David, Emily, the 10 guests and Joyce/Stephen. If that session will not wake up, paste the prompt below into a new thread on Calvin (phone link at top) instead.
CMMI dinner sends. Five Gmail drafts were built through the email gate on Friday Sep 11 in the foxfuel account: Dan Hogan plus David Frederiksen (promoted, Venmo by Sat 5 PM), Emily at Pinewood (headcount 16, entrees), the 10-guest BCC run of show, Joyce Go plus Stephen Konya entree ask cc Marissa Lee, and the 8-person waitlist letdown. Run email.sh list foxfuel to find them by subject, re-QC each, send the first four with email.sh send and report SENT + VERIFIED ids. Hold the waitlist letdown until Saturday 5 PM CT unless I say otherwise. Then check the Pinewood OpenTable change notice from Thursday 12:59 PM ("Complete payment or your reservation may be subject to cancellation", confirmation 150171) and tell me whether a card is actually still needed.

Two more CMMI loose ends. (1) Marissa never received the updated speaker request form and the 5:30 to 8:30 agenda from this mailbox: two drafts from Tuesday sit unsent, and sent mail shows nothing to her since July 29, even though Wednesday's Top 3 told you it was already sent. Her Friday email reads like she has the details, so confirm before you resend. (2) The OpenTable change notice for the 16-guest reservation (Thursday 12:59 PM) says complete payment or risk cancellation and is still unread; you paid the original deposit Wednesday, so this may be a second hold.

C. Joan at EO Nashville accounting: your August invoice is 40+ days late, three draft replies exist

Drafts to accounting@eonashville.com dated Sep 5, Sep 8 and Sep 9 (the newest says "August and September are in your inbox", the older two ask her one question first). None sent. Pick one path:

COLTON ACTION 9-12-C: 1. Tell any Claude thread: "Joan invoice: send the newest draft" (it re-QCs and sends by API), or reply with the answer to her question and it rebuilds. 2. DONE WHEN: SENT + VERIFIED and the two older drafts are labeled OUTDATED.

D. Forum Playbook 1.1: everything is filed, only your test and two clicks remain

Verified this morning through the App Store Connect API: version 1.1, state PREPARE_FOR_SUBMISSION, build 4 attached, twelve screenshots, description, keywords, reviewer notes all entered Monday. Build 4 has been on your phone through TestFlight since Monday 5:43 PM (invite to coltmulligan@gmail.com). Apple does not let the API press the last two buttons.

COLTON ACTION 9-12-D: 1. iPhone and iPad: open TestFlight, install Forum Playbook build 4, run a meeting through the Agenda Runner and open every Field Guide section once. 2. If it is right: open https://appstoreconnect.apple.com on the MacBook, My Apps, Forum Playbook, iOS App 1.1. 3. Click "Add for Review" (top right), then on the next screen "Submit for Review". 4. DONE WHEN: the version reads "Waiting for Review". WHY: this is the launch you named first. Decision inside it: the About screen names EO, YPO and Harvard Business School while the public store fields avoid them (Guideline 5.2.1). Recommend leave it. If you want it changed, say "build a 5 without the names" instead of clicking.

Related, not blocking: the mobile homepage fixes for forumplaybook.com are on the preview site only (Monday's thread, decision 0912-D7). The web sting and the slim interior menu bar are already live.

E. Resend the Tara pool drawings to Aly

COLTON ACTION 9-12-E: 1. In any Claude thread type: resend the Tara email to Aly, right address. 2. DONE WHEN: it reports SENT + VERIFIED to alyemulligan@gmail.com with the four attachments.

F. Aly's financial sandbox is live; it needs the protected farm's real name

finances.mulliganfam.com/#aly v2.0.0 went live Friday 4:51 PM: one verdict sentence, three tiles, one rising nest-egg chart. Your draw is about $61k a year against a $144k 4 percent line, 1.7 percent of the nest egg, no forced land sales, the pool funded by Interstate (~$503k net) plus Erwin (~$697k net). You already forwarded it to Aly yourself Friday 4:05 PM, so decision 9-11-C is closed. One placeholder remains: "The protected farm" at $1.3M.

COLTON ACTION 9-12-F: 1. Reply in any thread: the protected farm is [name], value [x]. 2. DONE WHEN: the page shows the name (it is one edit and a deploy).

G. Chris Sloan has received nothing

The Better Birder session (Sep 4 to Sep 8) rebuilt the email to Chris through the gate ("EMAIL QC: PASS, 7 links literal") and labeled the old draft OUTDATED, then waited for "send it". It never came. The app is at birding-buddy.pages.dev v2.9.0 and the harvest job on Calvin has 8,430 of 10,710 species covered.

COLTON ACTION 9-12-G: 1. Read the draft in Gmail (subject to csloan, built Sep 8) or ask any thread to show it. 2. Type: send the Chris Sloan email. 3. DONE WHEN: SENT + VERIFIED.

H. The board-member commitment page you emailed yourself Friday night

Nothing picks up a self-addressed foxfuel email, and the weekly limit already reset. This prompt is complete; paste it into a new Calvin thread (phone link at top) or say "build the board page" here.

Build a single shareable web page for prospective EO Nashville board members to sign, and deploy it on Cloudflare Pages (noindex) with a signature capture that emails me the signed copy. Content, in my voice: by accepting a board seat they agree to fulfill the duties: attend board meetings, keep the tracker updated, be available for requests, attend to their committee members, and perform the role. It is a commitment to serve, knowing that if they do not serve someone else picks up their slack. If they cannot perform the duties they tell us early. Make it plain that engagement as a board member one hundred percent determines future leadership opportunities in the chapter, and that non-engagement earns either a very direct conversation with Colton or a clean removal from the board with no conversation. Then the human note: even though Colton has a robot heart, he knows businesses, relationships and lives change; the whole point is to encourage the early conversation where someone says "my circumstances changed, I would rather step down than risk my future opportunities in the chapter." Use the EO surfaces favicon code, the timestamp stamp from stamp.sh, a Built by Colton with Claude footer, no em dashes. Email me the link when it is verified live.

Model: Sonnet (a one-page build with a written pattern: eo-cmmi-rsvp and eo-vetting both shipped on it).

I. The router DNS fix from Monday's email is still not done

Calvin's Ethernet is still on the temporary public resolvers (1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1, 8.8.8.8) that were set Monday night when forumplaybook.com "went down" (it never did; the router's cached answer was poisoned). Until the router is fixed, every other device on the LAN still gets the bad answer. The six steps are in the email "Do this Wednesday or Friday at the house: router DNS fix (D1 option B)" sent Monday 7:28 PM. After the reboot, tell a thread "undo the temporary resolvers on Calvin's Ethernet".

J. Small ones, one line each

Done this week, verified live, and mostly never reported to you

Every link below returned 200 this morning from Calvin unless marked. "Told" means an email or phone push went out; "chat only" means the thread ended with a report you would only see by reopening it.

Better Birder pickup: Chris email, lane pick, Apple TV screensavers (Opus)
Better Birder and Slow Motion Birds pickup. First confirm the Chris Sloan email draft (built Sep 8 through the email gate, subject line to csloan) still exists and is QC-clean, and send it on my word. Then read the bird data map artifact and calvin:~/work/birding-buddy and tell me what changed on the harvest since Sep 8, in numbers. Then restate the open questions from that thread inline: the Palmier lane pick (A, B or C), M1 to M3 on the data map, the Artgrid A2 decision, and whether the 20 to 30 domain list was ever emailed to me. Do not start the Apple TV screensaver app; it exists as build 3 on TestFlight already.
Storage and reel pickup after the Thursday 500 error (Opus)
Storage and reel pickup. On Calvin, verify whether the 18 TB "Colton Media Mirror" seed finished, whether PASS 2 recopied the 6,159 permission-denied files, and whether the nightly mirror job is loaded and written into AUTOMATION-REGISTRY.md (it was last reported unloaded with no marker files). Read DATA-ARCHITECTURE.md at coltonandaly.com/data first. Then read coltonandaly.com/decisions/ and coltonandaly.com/editing/ and list the decisions that are still unanswered with their substance inline, not IDs. Then ask me your five story-arc questions for the bird reels again, one at a time.
Handwriting redo, re-attach the photo (Opus)
Here is the photo of my handwritten directives again. Transcribe it line by line and read the transcription back to me before you execute anything. A session on Thursday Sep 10 ran on this for four hours and never told me a single thing it did, so before acting check my sent mail and drafts from Thursday morning in case some of it already happened. Then work the items in order and report each one as done or blocked.
Waldo tracker, two additions, skip the artwork (Sonnet)
The Waldo tracker at waldo-tracker.pages.dev works. Two additions: let me paste in a per-book checklist myself instead of you sourcing one, and make the board readable on a TV from ten feet. Add a small QR code to page two of the printable field guide that opens the board. Skip anything that involves reproducing the book's artwork.
Home Assistant voice, the loose ends (Opus)
House voice pickup, read calvin:~/work/homeassistant/README.md and house-voice-plan.pages.dev first. Answer three things I never got: did the ownership pass on the 14 TB finish and is iCloud Photos actually pulling with Download Originals on; what to do with the iPad Air 2 as a kitchen dashboard; and the UPS on the living room access point. Then list what is still on me: the test call, Apple TV router assignment, the HD WiFi Cam Pro, the OpenAI key, a third access point for the far wing. Do not change any radio settings.
Bird lane cost comparison (Opus)
The bird daily brief has been running since Sep 6. Show me the last five mornings of output and actual Gemini and Claude token spend. Then give me the side-by-side I asked for and never got: doing the edit work all in Claude versus the Gemini describe lane, with real costs per 90-second, 3-minute and 1-hour video, and whether NeoFinder has any role in tagging.
CMMI waitlist options (Sonnet)
The CMMI dinner Tuesday has 16 seated and 8 on the waitlist after Friday's promotions. Tell me my options for the eight: hold the letdown email until Saturday 5 PM as planned, or offer a second date. Draft whichever I pick through the email gate and hold it.
thebestthingstodoinnashville.com forward, needs my Chrome (Sonnet)
Drive the GoDaddy UI in my real Chrome and set thebestthingstodoinnashville.com to forward to https://whatshouldidoinnashville.com, apex and www, then verify all four entry points 301 with a valid certificate, the same way whatshouldwedoinnashville.com already does.
whatshouldidoinnashville.com links and loop seam (Sonnet)
On whatshouldidoinnashville.com, confirm every card carries both a website link and a Google Business or Places link, fix the ones that do not, then cross-fade the banner loop so the restart does not kick. Deploy and bump the version.
Global Health Innovators Summit, restage or skip (Sonnet)
Restage the Global Health Innovators Summit III registration (Wed Sep 16, Cannery Hall, code GHISGUEST takes it to $0) in my Chrome, remembering the Chamber form's hidden billing State bug, and park it at the CAPTCHA for me. First check whether a Chamber confirmation email ever arrived, in case I already submitted it.
Post-Catalyst page: class titles and the email to Jay and Sameera (Sonnet)
Open colton.land/eo/post-catalyst. Fill in the real class titles for each of the three tracks from the Catalyst curriculum, then draft the email to Jay Graves and Sameera Lowe that hands them the round-one review questions, through the email gate, and hold it for my approval.
Obsidian-as-cache: three concrete changes (Opus)
Finish the Obsidian-as-cache comparison. Give me three concrete changes to how my CLAUDE.md and reference files load, with the token cost of each today versus after, and which one you would make first. Do not change anything yet.
Memory index dead links (Sonnet)
Re-check the memory index at ~/.claude/projects/-Users-Colton-Documents-Claude/memory/MEMORY.md on the MacBook. The Sep 9 compaction left six dead wikilinks it called forward references. List them, say which are real gaps worth writing, and delete the rest.
Apple hardware order, post-launch (Sonnet)
You emailed the Apple Green Hills Business Team yourself Friday from the personal Gmail. When they reply, price the iPhone 18 Pro 512GB, the black 46mm aluminum watch and the iPhone 13 Pro 256GB trade-in at 0 percent APR, and tell me whether company hardware on a personal Apple Card is a Colton-and-Joe call.

Calvin queue rows waiting on your yes (substance inline, no need to open anything)

The hourly runner only drains rows marked APPROVED. Say "approve CWQ-1xx" in any thread. Rows tagged MacBook lane need a laptop session and none has drained one since August; there are 19 of those sitting APPROVED from July and August, plus 60 stale proposals in rows-proposed.

RowWhat it doesLane / modelRecommend
CWQ-142Make Calvin plus GitHub the home of record for the workspace (decision D9): git repo on Calvin, MacBook pulls, retire the hourly rsync that wiped Friday's invoice fix. This is the structural fix for every "wrote into the replica" loss.Calvin / Opusapprove (decision 0912-D3)

CWQ-144Bird reel v2, cut for story arcs. Interactive: it opens by asking you the five arc questions.MacBook / interactiverun it when you have 20 minutes to answer

Also on the queue, blocked and probably dead: CWQ-005 (your ChatGPT export never landed), CWQ-094 (cold-pitch mail filter), CWQ-102 (cloud routine audit, tool cannot paginate), CWQ-117 (media file index analyzer). Say "close the dead rows" and a Sonnet pass marks them SKIPPED with the reason.

Routines and token burn (last 7 days, measured from the transcripts)

Short answer to your worry: the routines are not on Fable. Nothing scheduled runs on Fable anywhere. The burn is two Sonnet copy jobs on Calvin that run 1,056 times a week and mostly find nothing, one Haiku lane that should be on the local model, and three MacBook routines that run on Opus. Your own hands-on sessions (Opus on the laptop, Fable on Calvin) are the rest, and those are the ones doing the actual work.

Two more facts about the week: the weekly limit hit Friday evening and reset Saturday 7 AM, so anything that fired in between failed and will not re-run itself (Friday 10 PM rundown edition, Saturday Top 3, Saturday inbox scan). And Calvin's health check deliberately does not auto-restart the remote-control host, because a restart mints a new environment.

The Bottleneck board went stale, and here is what is on it plus what was missing

The board reads COLTON-REVIEW-QUEUE.md on the MacBook. Nothing was added to that file this week, so every decision this week's sessions asked you was never on the board. I appended them as batch 0912 this morning (they show once the hourly sync and the board build run). The Sep 4 batch is still open too; here it is in one line each so you can answer from your phone:

New this week (batch 0912): decisions with the substance

0912-D1 Phone lane environment. (a) accept the new environment and move forward; old phone threads stay readable, work restarts from the prompts on this page. (b) try to reclaim the old environment by reattaching the old pre-made session, which brings the host up single-session and risks orphaning anything started today. RECOMMEND (a). Say "D1 a".
0912-D2 Rename the Mac mini from "Calvin's Mac mini (451)" to "Calvin (always on)" so it is findable on the phone; Backblaze binds its machine record to the computer name, so the record gets fixed in the same pass. RECOMMEND yes, after D1. Say "D2 yes".
0912-D3 Approve CWQ-142, workspace home of record to Calvin plus GitHub. Ends the hourly rsync that wiped Friday's invoice fix, and the MacBook lane that nobody drains. RECOMMEND yes. Say "approve CWQ-142".
0912-D4 Routines. Four independent yes/no calls from the table above: courier to 3-hourly Haiku; reservation watcher paused until fixed; title writer to local; Top 3 to Calvin (that one is 0904-D3). RECOMMEND all four. Say "D4 all" or name the ones you want.
0912-D5 CMMI waitlist letdown timing. Hold until Saturday 5 PM (recommend) or send tonight and accept that a bounced seat means going back to one of the eight.
0912-D6 Slow Motion Birds tvOS. "fill it" (four or five more clips in the spare 1.5 GB, then submit later) or "submit it" (77 minutes goes to Apple review now). RECOMMEND fill it, since the build report and the Snow Days re-export are still open.
0912-D7 Forum Playbook mobile homepage fixes. "D6 ship" pushes the preview (stats wrap, headline above the polaroid, tap-to-play reel, no horizontal overflow at 320 to 1280) to production. Look at forum-playbook-preview.pages.dev on your phone first. RECOMMEND ship.
0912-D8 Forum Playbook API key rotation. Two live keys in the GCP project, the March rotation never finished. (a) switch config.js to the new key, verify Drive and YouTube load, then delete the old key with a stop before the delete; (b) leave both. RECOMMEND a, when you can glance at the site right after.
0912-D9 Global Health Innovators Summit Sep 16. Skip (you are the trainer that day) or restage the free registration as an option. RECOMMEND skip.
0912-D10 Sunday 9/13 childcare. Leave Aly's book club night as is (recommend) or send her an invite anyway.
0912-D11 Phase 2 renovation model. The cash floor of $500,000 quietly forces a second land sale in 2027 in Aly's model. Lower the floor (which removes the sale) or keep it. Needs your number.
0912-D12 The CMMI waitlist letdown, Marissa's agenda, and the Pinewood card are in item B; the EO money is item A; Forum Playbook is item D. Those are actions, not decisions, and they are the ones with clocks.

Machine state, so you know what you are talking to

MachineState this morning
Calvin (Mac mini)Rebooted Friday 5:45 PM (after the remote-control token revocation), auto-logged in, all 46 launchd jobs loaded; six show a last exit code of 1 (bird-daily-brief, coltonandaly-feed, focus-scheduler, hub-sync, minecraft-java-backup-hourly, nightly-workspace-librarian), most likely from the weekly-limit window, and each needs one more cycle to confirm it is clean. Remote-control host up since 7:34 AM on the new environment. Ethernet still on the temporary public DNS resolvers from Monday. iCloud 192 GB free, under your 200 GB line (flagged Friday, unaddressed). The hourly-wiped replica is still where the inbox runner writes by default, which is how Friday's invoice fix was lost.
MacBook ProUp 9 days, load average around 15 all morning (Finder and WindowServer are the top CPU users, likely the Time Machine and Photos work). 20 idle Claude Code processes from open desktop sessions, one per open tab, nothing running. Its remote-control host is up since Monday 1:17 PM on its own environment. com.colton.claude-library-autocommit last exit 1 (the brain repo push is failing again; 0904-A4 SSH key). The three Opus scheduled tasks live here and only fire when the lid is open.
Phone laneNew link in the strip. Threads from before Saturday 7:34 AM are history only. The "Calvin, always on" session is pre-made and empty.
Transcript mirrorMacBook transcripts sync to Calvin hourly while the laptop is awake (last pull 7:26 AM). This audit read both machines' transcripts, so nothing on the laptop was out of reach.

Not covered: claude.ai chat threads on the phone and iPad (no export path; the same blind spot the nightly sweeper names every run) and Cowork cloud sessions. If you did work there this week that is not on this page, that is where it lives.
